At VELTOR, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
